What's the expected timeline?
Be prepared to hear from our team within the first week of the month to discuss your posts for the following month. This conversation needs to happen by the 15th of the month. The posts will then be prepared by our team and sent out for approval within 5 business days. After that, we will email you to seek your approval on the posts.
Can I request changes if I don't like the posts?
You can reach out to our team and we'll do our best to keep you satisfied. While minor edits and small tweaks can be necessary sometimes, we typically don't rewrite a large volume of posts if they followed the instructions provided.
Can we post the same content on multiple social platforms?
We sure can! With the Extended Reach add-on, we’ll cross-post the content to multiple channels on your behalf. We will make very slight adjustments to adhere to each platforms’ posting requirements.
How can you prepare for the onboarding call?
If you have access to the social media channels where the posts will be published, we'll ask for the credentials. It's also important to bring content ideas and examples of your competitors that you feel are successful. The more we can understand your business and goals, the more we can help you succeed online.
What is included within the social page build?
We'll create a social media profile with all the essential basic information, including business name, address, phone number, hours of operation, and contact information. We can also upload your business' logo and cover image if provided. If you're purchasing posts for Google Business Profile, this service also includes a Google Business Profile Verification & Claim.
